We obtained an Indian Community Development Block Grant 2015 Category 1 grant of $1,100,000 with $366,667 leverage for low-rent units including 74 exteriors (windows, doors, siding), 139 roofs, meth remediation, and renovation of 30 units.

Cherry Hill Elderly and Disabled Units Renovation
We obtained two Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Affordable Housing Program grants in 2012 and 2013, and fully renovated 31 of 32 (one had already been renovated) units at the Cherry Hill Elderly Housing in Pine Ridge Village.
