Request for Proposals (RFPs) from Qualified General Contractors for Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) Services at a 25-Unit Low-Income Housing Tax (LIHTC) Project Being Developed by the Oglala Lakota Housing Authority (OLHA)
The OLHA is requesting proposals, under the competitive procurement provisions of the OLHA Procurement Policy, from qualified individuals and firms to act as a Construction Manager at Risk (CmaR) on an upcoming housing development located on fee land within the exterior boundaries of the Pine Ridge Reservation in the County of Oglala Lakota, State of South Dakota.
Twenty-Five single family units funded with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (“LIHTC”) and other gap funding sources for the following: nine (9) one-bedroom units; eight (8) two-bedroom units; and eight (8) three-bedroom units.
Proposals to assist with these services must be submitted to the OLHA by October 6, 2024 at 4 p.m. MST.
