Title VI Housing Development
We obtained the first HUD Title VI Guaranteed loan in South Dakota in 2015 to do infrastructure and lot development, and placed 45 South Dakota Governor’s Homes as low-rent units throughout the Reservation by 2018.

Tipi Isam Waste (ICDBG 15.1)
We obtained an Indian Community Development Block Grant 2015 Category 1 grant of $1,100,000 with $366,667 leverage for low-rent units including 74 exteriors (windows, doors, siding), 139 roofs, meth remediation, and renovation of 30 units.
Cherry Hill Elderly and Disabled Units Renovation
We obtained two Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Affordable Housing Program grants in 2012 and 2013, and fully renovated 31 of 32 (one had already been renovated) units at the Cherry Hill Elderly Housing in Pine Ridge Village.

We obtained $450,000 from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines with leverage of $96,155 and rehabbed 15 low-rent units.
