Renovation of Low-rent Unit Exteriors and Remediation of 21 Houses Contaminated by Meth
Oglala Sioux Lakota Housing was funded in early 2016 under the Indian Community Development Block Grant 2015 Category 1 competition for $1,100,000 from HUD with leverage of $366,667 from our own funds to redo 61 exteriors (windows, doors and siding), replace 139 roofs and remediate 21 units that have tested positive for meth contamination. The work will be done starting in 2016 and finish in 2017.
